After a really bad bike accident broke my body (but not my spirit) I found that adding a regular yoga and pilates practice really helped me. A regular practice has helped me build a new foundation and way of being. My practice has helped me keep pursing an athletic lifestyle in a healthy, sustainable way both on and off the mat. I have found yoga and pilates keeps me grounded, hopeful, and working through the roller coaster of life. Most of all my practice always reminds me that the skies the limit! As always....
